The purpose of the register is to contact stakeholders, handle the stakeholder network, and to direct Sauna from Finland’s or it’s partners’ marketing or direct marketing according to personally identifiable information (”Personal Information”).
The information held in the register is received and/or collected from a member/participant/customer via messages sent through internet forms, email, phone calls, social media platforms, websites, agreements, meetings, and other situations where a person gives away his or her information.
We will not transfer your Personal Information to third party companies. Your Personal Information will be collected using Mailchimp when used for newsletter/marketing purposes, but Mailchimp won’t use it for it’s own purposes.

- By agreeing to become our member we ask you to provide additional information (your company’s address and billing details)
- Other information regarding the customership of Sauna from Finland

Every person in the register has a right to check their information held in the register, and demand removal of faulty or inadequate information. The correspondent may ask the person for identification if necessary. The correspondent will answer in a time set in EU data regulation statute (principally in a month).
