L Ö Y L Y ♨️ The water thrown into the stove defines the Finnish sauna and distinguishes it from other sauna cultures around the world. Steam creates moisture in the sauna and affects its temperature. Everyone can be in the sauna for as long as they want and feel good. ❤️💯Harvia KOLO Sauna🎥 Tuomas Pesola#löyly #sauna #Steam #feelgood #saunalover #harvia #kolosauna #finnishsauna #finnishsaunaculture #visitsauna #saunafromfinland #hyväolosaunomalla ... 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗕𝗖 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗨𝗡𝗔 ♨️𝟭. Make sure you have enough time for your sauna visit: hurrying is not part of the sauna experience. 𝟮. Enter the sauna with a curious and open mind. 𝟯. Sit in the sauna either naked, wrapped in a towel or even in a bathing suit. 𝟰. Sit on the top bench, on the sauna towel. 𝟱. Breathe evenly and relax. 𝟲. Listen to your body and trust your feelings. Sweating, slightly increased heart rate and redness of the skin is normal. Drink water to compensate for sweating. 𝟳. If the sauna feels too hot, lie down, move to the lower benches, or take a break and cool off. 𝟴. Once you have become used to the starting temperature of the sauna, throw some water on the stove, feeling for the right temperature. 𝟵. Some time to cool off outside. Sit in the fresh air for a moment, go for a swim or roll around in the snow. 𝟭𝟬. Slap yourself lightly on the legs and the middle body with the sauna whisk. 𝟭𝟭. Visit the sauna as many times as you feel like. 𝟭𝟮. When you are finished, rinse the sweat off your skin and wash yourself in the shower room. 𝟭𝟯. Continue to relax after the sauna, either alone or with friends.𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 🖤--------------------------------------------------------#sauna #ABC #visitsauna #saunaexperience#guide #finnishsauna #saunafromfinland ...
