Messe Stuttgart has announced yesterday July 21, 2020 that Interbad2020 event will be postponed to next year. Different stakeholders made the decision after thoughtful conversations because there were worries of ensuring a safe and pleasant participation for all. The next Interbad’s dates are September 21-24, 2021.
Sauna from Finland and the fair company have a partnership for this year’s event. As a result of this collaboration, the companies had plans to make the Finnish sauna experience widely visible at the Interbad fair in Stuttgart. The plan was to build a ‘Sauna-lounge’ with Finnish companies situated around it in the Sauna hall. Read more about the cooperation between Sauna from Finland and Interbad. Discussions about having similar plans and collaboration next year will begin in August on a wishful and positive tone.
“Our objective is to stage a successful trade fair. A trade fair to which we can welcome exhibitors and visitors from the areas of swimming pools, saunas and spas without any worries and where profitable business contacts are forged,” said Andreas Wiesinger, a member of the Board of Management of Messe Stuttgart in the announcement.
What is interbad?
Interbad is the leading sauna and spa industry professional event arranged in Stuttgart every other year. It gathers all the newest innovations and most stylish designs in the fair halls of Messe Stuttgart. It is the meeting point of fresh start-ups and big international actors. In 2018, Interbad had 14 000 visitors and over 415 exhibitors.
“We will participate in interbad for the fifth time already. Therefore, we have a clear vision of how the Finnish sauna experience should be present. Interbad is the perfect opportunity to promote the benefits of sauna, innovative ideas, and well-being services,” told the internationalization expert of Sauna from Finland, Saty Freyberg in May 2019.
