The World Sauna Forum is a movement. Organized by Sauna from Finland, this international gathering brings together sauna professionals, businesses, and wellness enthusiasts from over 30 countries to experience the power and potential of the authentic Finnish sauna.
As a special greeting to the international guests, Finland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Elina Valtonen, shared a video message for the attendees of the World Sauna Forum. In her address, she emphasized the significance of the authentic Finnish sauna experience as a symbol of Finnish culture, wellbeing, and international cooperation.
Celebrating 15 Years of Sauna from Finland
This year marks 15 years of Sauna from Finland, an organization founded on the belief that the Finnish sauna is a world-class export product. With over 250 member companies across the globe, the network includes names from the U.S., Germany, Spain, Australia, Canada, and beyond.
At the heart of World Sauna Forum is this global network, coming together in Jyväskylä to share knowledge, explore new opportunities, and shape the future of sauna experiences worldwide.

A Unique Business and Wellness Experience
World Sauna Forum is no ordinary seminar, it’s an immersive experience that blends networking with relaxation and insight. The program includes:
- Exclusive pop-up saunas from top Finnish brands
- Inspiring talks from international speakers
- A bustling Sauna & Wellness Market
- Matchmaking sessions for business collaboration
- A relaxed and festive Sauna Party
This is the place where wellbeing meets innovation, and where business connections are forged in the warmth of the sauna.

A Message of Finnishness
World Sauna Forum showcases how the authentic Finnish sauna experience represents more than just steam and sweat. It’s a symbol of sustainability, happiness, and community. And perhaps it’s no coincidence that the world’s happiest nation is also the one most deeply connected to the sauna.
The World Sauna Forum will be held in Jyväskylä from June 4–6, 2025. At the same time, Visit Jyväskylä Region’s Sauna Region Week will take place, during which many normally closed saunas will open to the public — offering a unique opportunity to delve into the heart of Finnish sauna culture.
