Dai Matsuo and Daisuke Akiyama of TTNE Inc., Japan’s sauna creative collective, participated as speakers at the World Sauna Forum 2025 held in Jyväskylä, Finland, from 4 to 6 June, 2025.
Organized by Sauna from Finland as “the most relaxing business event in the world,” World Sauna Forum 2025 brought together sauna specialists, sauna-related companies, and wellness enthusiasts from around the globe to share knowledge, explore new opportunities, and discuss the future of sauna experiences worldwide.
Participants enjoyed a variety of immersive sauna experiences, including seminars by sauna experts, matchmaking meetings, a sauna & wellness market, and outdoor pop-up saunas.
TTNE took the stage for a seminar titled “TTNE and the Global Sauna Movement,” where they introduced Japanese sauna culture, centered on the unique concept of “totonou” — the state of blissful balance achieved after sauna bathing — and discussed the following:

Proposing new lifestyle ideas, like installing home saunas, and presenting the “TAIYO TSUBOMI – Experimental Sauna Ritual,” planned for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo.With this appearance, TTNE aims to accelerate the global reach of Japanese sauna culture and deepen partnerships with the international sauna market.
